For Member Clubs

The NWTCA provided members clubs with the following:

  • A voice in the governance of curling
  • Business of Curling Training
  • Quality Ice Technician Training
  • Through partnership with Curling Canada, affiliated clubs have access to Curling I/O, a registration and league management system

For Affiliated Members

The NWTCA provides training through clinics, workshops, and camps for:

  • Athletes
  • Coaches

Championships

The NWTCA operates a variety of championships throughout the season.  The Association provides:

  • The logistics and operations of championships leading to Canadian National Championships – U18 Juniors, U21 Juniors, Ladies, Men’s, Seniors, Mixed, Mixed Doubles, Curling Clubs, and Masters.
  • The logistics and operations of championships leading to multi-sport games: Arctic Winter Games and Canada Winter Games.
  • The logistics and operations of Rock the Rings (U12 and U15) championships.
  • Monetary assistance with local youth curling initiatives.
  • Jackets, shirts and monetary assistance for all teams travelling to all National events except Men’s and Ladies (this is provided by Curling Canada)
  • Training for Officials
